Email Migration Service

$149 setup + $20/mailbox

Need to transfer from another provider? No problem!

Our email migration service starts with creating a plan to avoid lost email and extended downtime.

First, we collect all of the information we need to proceed. 

Next, we transfer your email from your existing email account to your new inbox on 9 Planets email servers.

Finally, we schedule a go-live date and time with you to update your DNS and go live with the new email accounts.

Email Forwarding

$29 setup + $6/year

Get an [email protected] email address that forwards to your existing mailbox.

A forwarding address differs from a standard mailbox.  Messages sent to your forwarding address are redirected to one or more existing inboxes you already use.

You will continue to use your existing email account and receive emails from the custom email address there.

You will not be able to send emails from a forwarding address.

No, email aliases are included at no extra charge.

Yes, you can use your existing domain with our email hosting service. We’ll provide you with the necessary DNS settings to update with your domain registrar.

If you are on one of our Managed Hosting plans, we’ll take care of the DNS updates for you.

We have a migration tool to help you transfer your existing emails from your current provider to our email hosting service.

Our support team can assist you with the migration process. To get started, schedule a free consultation. During the consultation we will go over:

  • What information you’ll need to gather to get started
  • The overall process and timeline
  • What costs are involved for your specific case

Our email hosting is compatible with all major email clients, including Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and mobile clients like iOS Mail and Android Email. Note that we do not offer support for these 3rd party email clients.  If you need help configuring the email app on your device, we can refer you to a local IT company that can help you with email setup as well as any other computer issues.

If you exceed your storage limit, you will receive notifications and can either delete old emails to free up space or upgrade your storage plan.

An email alias is an additional email address that forwards messages to your main email account. You don’t need to set up a separate mailbox for each alias.

Email sent to an alias address is automatically forwarded to your primary inbox. You can create multiple aliases that all route to the same email account.

Email aliases only allow you to receive messages. You’ll continue sending emails from your main address.

The attachment limit is 35MB.

Our email hosting platform is monitored 24/7 to ensure any issues are identified and resolved quickly. While our technical team works around the clock to maintain the platform’s performance and security, our support team responds to customer inquiries and support requests during regular business hours. If you submit a support request outside of these hours, we will address it as soon as possible on the next business day. 

Please note that we do not offer phone support for email issues. You must submit a ticket from your account.
