Due to the nature of Pro Support Time Blocks, where work is carried out based on your evolving needs and priorities, we do not offer free bug fixes. If any issues or bugs arise, they’ll be resolved using your prepaid Pro Support hours. If additional work is required beyond your current time block, we’ll discuss the options with you to ensure the necessary fixes are completed efficiently.
No, Pro Support Time Blocks are non-refundable. However, you can keep any unused time for future tasks.
Yes, you have 24 months from the date of purchase to use your time.
Before starting a task, we provide an estimate of how much time it will take. Once completed, the time used is deducted from your block. If a task takes less time than estimated, you retain the unused hours.
